Conference Goals & Objectives
Goal:
The goal of this conference is to engage the health care community in forwarding IPE, IPC, and IPP as central to transforming the culture of health education and services.
Objectives:
- Update findings of significant IP projects;
- Describe the status of the integration of the “Blueprint for Action” into health care education and practice;
- Identify best practices for interprofessional education (IPE);
- Identify best practices for collaborative interprofessional care (IPC);
- Identify new knowledge and research initiatives in IPE and IPC;
- Build collaborative IP networks.
- Promote and facilitate knowledge mobilization on IPE and IPC
